This website collects inquiry details only when you choose to submit the Private Sale Brief form.
Information and its purpose
The inquiry form asks for your name and email, optional phone and property address, your town, timing, home condition and your question. If you choose phone contact, a phone number is required. These details are intended to help Jonathan respond to the real-estate inquiry you initiate—not to enroll you in a marketing list.
Hosting and form processing
The release package is configured for Netlify form processing. Netlify is the form processor for this website. When enabled, the host processes submitted information and technical request data needed to operate the site. Netlify privacy information describes its processing.
What this website does locally
The fee calculator and launch planner run in your browser. This package contains no advertising pixels, analytics scripts or browser storage for your answers. If you submit an inquiry on the live site, the form may include campaign tags from the page URL and the referring website address to help identify how the inquiry arrived.
Retention and deletion
Visionary retains website inquiries for up to 90 days, then deletes them unless a longer period is necessary to respond to an active request or the inquiry becomes part of a brokerage relationship.
To ask about access, correction or deletion of an inquiry, call Jonathan at (781) 540-1680. Identity verification may be needed before discussing a private inquiry. Any retention required for a later brokerage relationship is separate from this initial website request.
Keep sensitive documents out of this form
Do not submit passwords, account numbers, Social Security numbers, tenant records or identification documents. Discuss an appropriate private process with Jonathan if documents are needed. External links, including Zillow and WhatsApp, have their own privacy practices. The WhatsApp button opens a chat with Jonathan and prepares a message for you to review. A message is sent only when you choose to send it in WhatsApp. WhatsApp processes that conversation under its own terms and privacy policy; it is separate from this website’s inquiry form.
